ADAM & EVE
PICTURE 01 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. PICTURE 02 And then He created a man in His own image. PICTURE 03 God placed Adam in the Garden of Eden, where he named all of the animals. PICTURE 04 Then God created a woman. Adam called her Eve and together they lived in the garden. PICTURE 05 Adam told his wife, “God has said that we must not eat from the tree of knowledge.” PICTURE 06 The devil tempted Eve, “When you eat from that tree, you will become like God.” PICTURE 07 Eve ate the fruit and then gave some to her husband. PICTURE 08 God found them hiding and asked, “Adam, have you eaten from the tree?” PICTURE 09 Then God covered their nakedness and banned them from Eden. PICTURE 10 Eve gave birth to a boy, whom they named Cain. PICTURE 11 Later Eve gave birth to another boy, whom they named Abel. PICTURE 12 Cain and Abel were the first of many sons and daughters. PICTURE 13 Abel grew up to be a shepherd, producing wool. PICTURE 14 Cain grew up to be a farmer, producing crops. PICTURE 15 Adam taught his sons about sacrifice. PICTURE 16 Cain brought from the work of his hands an offering to God. PICTURE 17 Abel brought from the best of his flock, an innocent lamb. PICTURE 18 Now God was pleased with Abel’s offering, but not with Cain’s. PICTURE 19 God said to Cain, “Why are you angry? If you do well, won’t you be accepted?” PICTURE 20 The anger grew to hatred and then to thoughts of murder. Cain called to his brother. PICTURE 21 And then attacked. PICTURE 22 The first death of a human was murder. PICTURE 23 “Cain where is your brother?” God asked. PICTURE 24 “Am I my brother’s keeper?” replied Cain. God answered; PICTURE 25 “Your brother’s blood calls to me from the ground. Now you are cursed from the earth, and you shall be a wanderer.” PICTURE 26 Cain went out from the presence of the Lord and lived in the land called Nod. PICTURE 27 Here he built a city and named it after his son. PICTURE 28 Cain’s great great grandson Jubal invented the harp. PICTURE 29 Whilst Jubal’s brother was a metal worker. PICTURE 30 Adam and Eve had a son called Seth. PICTURE 31 Seth had a great great grandson called Enoch. PICTURE 32 Enoch was taken to heaven without dying, because God considered him righteous. PICTURE 33 At this time the wickedness of man was great in all the earth.
